Do I need to pay every month?
No. Sikhaku has no subscription. You buy individual courses and keep them for life, including any lessons the creator adds later.
Can I really watch without internet?
Yes. Download the lessons of any course you own and watch them offline. The files are encrypted and playable in the app on the account that bought them.
What if a course is not what I expected?
Every purchase has a refund window. If a course is not what was described, request a refund from your library and we handle it — you do not have to negotiate with the creator.
Can I watch on my laptop too?
You buy on the web, and at launch the video experience lives in the app so lessons can be downloaded and protected. Web playback is on the roadmap.
How do I pay?
However you already pay — your usual wallet, mobile or internet banking, or a card. An invoice arrives by email, and you never need an international card. Sikhaku itself is free; the only money you pay is the creator’s price for the course.
Is my payment information safe?
We never see or store your wallet, banking or card credentials. Payment happens inside your provider’s own secure flow, and they confirm the result back to us.
